First, Host Kyle Cherek stops into Skaliwags, a tavern that looks like the million small-town taverns until you get inside and meet Chef Marshall Wiltfang, a southern transplant bringing down-home tastes up north. Kyle raps with Marshall while being treated to an incredible selection of seafood cooked fresh, right behind the bar. Next, Host Jessica Bell visits Von Stiehl Winery, originally built in 1868 as a brewery and operated for 100 years until they turned to wine-making from Door County fruits and grapes aged with the unique Wisconsin terroir found in Von Stiehl's cellars.
