Ingredients 1.100 gr hveiti + auka til að hnoða og fletja út með 340 gr. sykur 2 tsk. lyftiduft 2 tsk. hjartarsalt 1/4 tsk. salt 100 gr. bráðið smjör 2 egg 5 dl AB mjólk 3 tsk. vanilludropar 3 tsk. sítrónudropar 3 tsk. kardimommudropar English Version 1,100 g flour + extra to knead and flatten out with 340 gr. sugar 2 tsp. baking powder 2 tsp. heart salt 1/4 tsp. salt 100 gr. melted butter 2 eggs 5 dl AB milk 3 tsp. vanilla drops 3 tsp. lemon drops 3 tsp. cardamom drops Procedure Mix the dry ingredients in a mixer bowl, then add the rest and stir gently. Then take the dough out of the bowl and finish kneading until it stops sticking to your hands and table. Divide the dough into three parts and flatten out one part until it is about 1/2 cm thick. Since I do not have a donut, I use a pizza cutter to cut out the donuts. I cut the dough into approx. 4-5 cm strips and then diagonally back to make diamond-shaped pieces. Then cut a cut in the middle of each tile and turn it upside down. I then put 4-5 pcs. at once into the fat. I fish them out with a fish spatula and place them on top of kitchen paper that I put in an oven drawer.
