But not just any Macaron recipe, no, no. We are reviewing TASTYS FOOLPROOF Macaron recipe! Macarons are a french sweet treat considering of coloured almond flour merangue and a creamy center. However they are known to be expensive - from the ingrediants and time needed to perfect making them. and known to be difficult to make - from ensuring you dont over or under whip the egg whites, dont over beat the mixture, they're rested for adequate amount of time, and the oven temp is juuuuust right. To name a few! I've had macarons on my not a chef radar for quite some time, and decided to take the challenge! the plunge! the christmas spirit is upon us! So lets test thi recipe and see how macaron like... our treats will turn out.. Will they work?
