Nanook was diagnosed with cancer of the spine, the sacrum part of the spine above the tail bone, on Wednesday 17th May 2023, after having xrays for being lame for a few weeks. We just expected arthritis and it came as a complete shock to us. We took him to a campsite called Andrews Field in Eckington near Pershore in Worcestershire, to get him out in the fresh air again as he loved being outdoors, which is why he loved his travels so much in the motorhome. Because Nanook could no longer get inside the motorhome, we took him in the little Talbot campervan for two nights. Nanook had a very relaxing time as you'll see on the video. The last half of the video is a collection of memories of our times spent with Nanook for the last 11 years. He wasn't just a dog, he was our friend and companion and we loved him more than anything.
