On January 29 from 4:00-5:30pm, you are invited to the next Massey Dialogues which will include a special talk, discussion and audience Q&A. Renowned disability rights advocate, lawyer, and educator David Lepofsky will present his talk Healthcare Barriers for People with Disabilities: View from the Front Line. Our health care system serves many individuals with diverse needs, yet it remains riddled with preventable barriers that disproportionately affect those with disabilities—whether permanent, episodic, or temporary. These obstacles not only hinder access but also exacerbate inequities, leaving countless patients vulnerable. In this compelling talk, David Lepofsky, a renowned disability rights advocate, will shed light on these systemic challenges and explore actionable solutions to create a more inclusive health care system. Following the talk with be a discussion with Junior Fellows Alison D’Cruz and Rachel Tyli and Senior Fellow Jillian Kohler (moderator). ____ The Dialogues are open to the public – we invite everyone to join and take part in what will be a very informative online discussion.
