The Pakistan Institute of International Affairs (PIIA) hosted a two-day conference titled Seventy Years After Bandung: The Struggle Continues on 26–27 April 2025. The inaugural session commenced with a welcome speech by Dr. Masuma Hasan, Chairperson of PIIA and former Pakistani diplomat and Cabinet Secretary. Senator Mushahid Hussain Sayed delivered the inaugural address. The keynote address was delivered by Senator Sherry Rehman, Chair of the Senate Standing Committee on Climate Change & Environmental Coordination. Genocide and Human Rights Violations (Day Two: Session One) was chaired by Dr Farzana Shaikh, Associate Fellow Asia-Pacific Programme, The Royal Institute of International Affairs, London, United Kingdom Speakers: 1.
