Virgin Atlantic Premium Economy Review

Amazing time checking out Virgin Atlantic's latest Premium Economy offering aboard their fantastic Airbus A350-1000. In this flight, I'll take you on a journey from Virgin's home at Heathrow Terminal 3 through to New York's JFK International. I've been looking forward to sharing this for a really long time. My first ever premium cabin experience was with Virgin and still to this day, I've always really loved the airline. Their latest Premium Economy offering is really strong. The crew and food offerings were by far and above the standout features and made for an excellent flight over the pond. I'd like to see them do a little bit more in time with the seat design, the introduction of a leg rest extending from the base of the seat would add a lot of comfort. Additionally, the headset was pretty poor - it's those touchpoints with any product that do leave an impression in people's minds hence, they should really look at this. That said, I did see people plugging their own headsets into the entertainment system...perhaps that's the way the industry is headed. Very mucg hope you enjoyed the video.
