Welcome back! This is just a short video on turning some willow wood into a wood bowl. Willow wood is very light. A little warning if you get any wet, let it sit outside for a day or two. You'll thank me later lol. The wood loves to suck up water as willow trees love wet areas. It has a sour smell and oozes the water out, making a mess, a big one. Looked like someone poured salt on a giant slug. I sanded this one to 800 grit and finished with two coats of danish oil. Nothing to fancy, one of many twice turned wood bowls you'll be seeing.
