Greg Acuna​ a creative maverick from LA, moved to Goa in the early 2000s and found peace in starting his passion project in Ahmedabad. A playwright, film director and a yogi who spent years meditating along the coasts of Thailand, greg believes that Hope and compassion are the most important renewable resources we have. He wishes to dent the universe with his energy and insanity. According to him it was laughter that helped him stay afloat and bounce back. Dr. Shruti Gohel​ a Radio Oncologist at the Gujarat Cancer Society who lost her father to Cancer, Shruti believes that if stress causes cancer then de-stressing is also a scientific modality to treat it. Binal Shah​ young, vociferous and unapologetic, Binal lost her mother to breast cancer and has since then decided to become a crusader of hope. Hailing from an affluent Gujarati family, Binal believes that raising money is not enough to treat cancer. The cure is hidden somewhere deep within. The Anatomy of Laughter is about these four people and many more volunteers who, once a week, work as Medical clowns at Paediatric Cancer Wards at the Gujarat Caner Society.
