My review and experience using Legendairy Milk Nursing Supplements. I was not asked or paid to give this. I found out about these supplements from my Lactation Consultant @lvbfguru because I wanted to enrich the fattiness of my milk to help my exclusively breastfed son increase his weight gain. Hope this helps you! :-) I take the Lactivist 4x per day in between meals, it's a tincture so I drop under my tongue, wait 10-15 seconds for absorption, and then drink some water to wash the rest down. I take Pump Princess 2 capsules, 3X per day, with meals. I drink tons of water as well. One thing I forgot to mention about Pump Princess that I really liked about it, is that it really agreed with my son. Not that he spit up a lot, but I noticed he spit up less/barely at all, while I was taking it. One of the ingredients must be an herb that's good for soothing digestion.
