Green Gold group donated 1000 KG Thailand Lemon product to Lekhi FQ LEKHI, Jul 21: The Sonajuli based Green Gold group which is promoting Organic Thailand Lemon product in the state on Tuesday donated 1000 kgs of said variety of lemon to the State Quarantine Facility here. The distribution was made in the presence of Chief Secretary Naresh Kumar, CEO Agriculture Marketing Board, DC capital etc. On the occasion CS said distribution of lemon will help to boost immunity of patients at CCC and also the returnees staying at State Quarantine Facility. Talking to the press, the promoter of Green Gold Likha Maj said the decision to donate lemon was taken in recognition of the contribution of the frontline workers. “Keeping in view the commendable services rendered by the security forces, the health care workers and all the frontline warriors, we decided to do our bit by donating the lemon. Hopefully our small effort will be of some help in the battle against Covid 19,” said Maj. Further he added, “The organic  Thailand   breed lemon is highly  nutritious  and  beneficial  in terms of medicinal values and is much needed  during this hour of Covid - 19 Pandemic to boost the immunity.”
