Now, we have slightly roasted sesame seeds ready. Let’s keep this aside and let it cool down. 3. Now in a clean and dry bowl, add 2 spoons of black strap molasses, toss in 1 spoon of roasted sesame seeds and add 1 spoon of chopped almond bits. Mix them up. These 3 ingredients when mixed and consumed works more effectively. And this is so delicious, it has got the nutty flavor of almonds, and little bitterness of sesame seeds and sweet of Molasses Take one spoon of this in the morning and in the evening daily to see gradual transformation of greys into natural color.
