Series 1 - Up the Hay Diddle Diddle Ep 2 - Simpson Desert - Part 1 - from Dalhousie Springs Come with us to explore the Simpson Desert, lugging our 25 foot caravan over the dunes from West to East, before dropping it off 15 km's in, to go on a camping mission deep into the desert. With the Birdsville side of the desert closed due to flooding, our plan is to head in, do a loop, then come back out, the way we came in. Pretty sure it's gonna be a tough gig getting the 11 tonne setup back out the dunes from East to West!! Wish us luck! Keep your eyes peeled for Part 2 for this one.
