With so many requests, here I am coming up with another chaat dish after done uploading chaat recipes like papdi chaat,pani puri, pav ragda and so on. Today’s dish is Dahi puri | Dahi sev puri. You can surely name it and others chaat dishes as flavors of carnival as they carry all tempting flavors on this world. This chaat has its name Dahi Sev Puri, since dahi (yogurt), sev (fried gram flour vermicelli) and puris are used to make this awesome snack. You can skip sev and it will be dahi puri. You can taste so many variations in fillings also if you travel throughout India. Some stuff puries with adding potatoes and garbanzo beans. Many add sprouted moong and math beans. You can also stuff green peas ragda to those puris. Any types of stuffing will simple melt into your mouth with amazingly soft yet crunchy puries. Anyway you try it, you will always want it more. What makes this chaat truly divine is obviously the fresh curds which are made daily in every Indian household. The curds have to be fresh and chilled and most importantly of the right consistency and taste. Not thick, thin or sour. Mild flavor of curd with pouring consistency will be perfect taste for these chaats.
