In this part , Finally completed the Top hat, and get an initial power on. Ad call it done! The setup of Klipper, some basic starting calibrations ( eg: PID for bed and nozzle, 3 point manual bed level, etc ) , will be in a new post that will be new video and not part of this playlist. This was an AMAZING experience. So many things learned as well. I highly recommend it! Setup, calibration, and printing, will be in a separate video. First I'd like to thank FYSETC ( @fysetc4882 ) for giving me this kit free to build. It's my 1st Voron build so I will likely take longer than others that may have shown this build. But I feel this will not only show how it's built, but also maybe highlight the little quirks I found along the way. As most kits refer you to the Official Voron Design build guides , there are sometimes things in the kit that aren't part of the guide. You'll see what I mean as you watch them. I had been asked if I wanted the pre-printed parts as well, but I wanted to experience the FULL Voron building experience which includes making your own printed parts. This in itself takes time and I do suggest don't rush it. Printing at a slower speed will also improve part strength. Otherwise this is a completely stock as it comes build. ( Not going to say I'm not going to likely do a few upgrades later though 😉 feel free to comment if you can think of any I might find fun and I might do them in future videos showing those mods ) Also please be kind. I don't have a professional studio , with HIGH Quality, Noise cancelling audio equipment and fancy cameras. All footage done was with my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and a simple tripod, using my Galaxy Buds 2 Pro as microphones as they do have active noise cancelling but I found they sometimes don't apply it for things like this. #HobbyistBudget Anyway I do hope you find these Videos Useful whether you are building this kit, self sourcing, or just like watching someone make a printer. Yes to answer early. I did make a few Mistakes. I considered editing them out as I did want to look foolish, however after reflection, I realised they were simple mistakes that anyone might make trying to do this on their own.
