Thanks for being here, I hope you enjoy this video and that it’s a comfort to you in any way, I have so much fun vlogging and filming these mundane moments in life that are so often overlooked, I had a back injury from my childhood from falling off a horse a few times and so these monthly deep tissue massages have helped me tremendously for my back and for that reason, I love to continue keeping up with them every month, so I highly recommend, especially if you have an old injury that’s bothering you, to get monthly massages if you can, and also getting a full bloodwork panel done, I know it’s something we probably all dread, but it feels so good once you’ve done it, and you feel so proud of yourself for doing it, and getting over with it. I did go to a specialist for hormones, so if you’re looking for someone to go to let me know in the comments and I will give you the details because I highly recommend where I went. And just a gentle nudge to remember to slow down, it’s so easy to be busy all the time, for me personally there’s nothing been more therapeutic than when I slow down in life, we can still get all the things done with a slower pace.
