Yarn: For this pattern, I was using milk cotton yarn or sports weight yarn ( 50 grams in beige or skin color, and 20 grams in purple), and mini poppy/fleece yarn or light worsted weight yarn (50 grams in purple) Crochet hook: 2.0 mm and 3.5 mm You will also need scissors, stitch markers, yarn needles, fiber filling, felt (black and white) for the eyes and teeth, and black embroidery thread for the mouth Optional: ring snap and satin label This pattern is written in US Standard Crochet Terms ch1 at the beginning of the round doesn't count as a stitch If the number is written after the stitch ; hdc3, work hdc into next 3 stitch, if the number is written before the stitch ; 3hdc, work 3 hdc into the same stitch Repeat what is written in the () as many times as it is written after the () Gauge : With 3.5 mm hook and mini poppy/fleece yarn : 7 stitches and 6 rows in sc to measure 5 X 5 cm .
