Trains in Magnolia County have been slowing down ever single time they pass through the rail yard. Jamila, the yard's manager, can't help but think that the yard shouldn't have the main line passing through, but rather, should be attached to the main line. And while a mulligan this large wouldn't normally be possible, land values are shooting through the roof for industrial properties, opening up a small window of opportunity for Clearwater Southern. In this episode, we'll call a MASSIVE mulligan, relocating the rail yard and redeveloping its previous location with industrial uses. Further, we'll call a mulligan on the industrial park in Bend, and relocate our waste management site into a more logical location. We're going to call every mulligan we can think of to right this ship.
