Food Automation presents InnoTech VFFS type 3800 REVO 'S' packing 1kg potatoes at 70 bags per minute and 2 kg at 65 bags per minute. This High quality German made VFFS machine works in continuous motion. The height is compressed as much as possible to create a very low dropping height, which is better for the product. The vertical sealing is operated through sophisticated hot air system, the cross sealing is done through a servo motor and has a variable storable opening width. Some other features of this INNOTEC REVO 'S' 3800 VFFS machine are: possible flat bag widths of 80-380mm, film reel driven by motor, easy change of film roll, automatic horizontal film tracking, servo driven last reflection roller in front of folding shoulder motor driven for controlled feeding to the shoulder and remote engineering.
