We finally got back to one of first and favorite ocean front state parks in South Carolina. The visit in the winter was a very different experience that the one in the summer of 2020. There were less bugs, but also less animals. We still enjoyed walking on the beach, exploring around the lighthouse, visiting the newly added onto nature center, and even ventured an island over for a really good seafood dinner.
