About a third of Dr. Sedgh’s patients come to him for revision rhinoplasty. His experience reconstructing broken noses led to a deep understanding of the delicate internal structures of the nose, scar formation, and skin contraction. A California native, Dr. Sedgh completed his head and neck surgery residency at University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, followed by his facial plastics residency at Penn State. After five long years away, he returned to Los Angeles and swears he’ll never leave again.
