Clean & Seal in Non-surgical Treatment of Periodontitis

In this video, I explain step-by-step my modified Clean and Seal technique for managing deep periodontal pockets. So far, the results have been very promising, and I’m excited to work toward publishing my randomized clinical trial on this approach. To summarize the potential benefits: Perisolv, a solution of 0.9% sodium hypochlorite with amino acids, aims to chemically soften the infected periodontal pocket’s calculus and biofilm, making mechanical debridement easier and less traumatic, while also disinfecting through direct contact. Hyadent (cross-linked hyaluronic acid) aims to deliver hyaluronic acid into the periodontal pocket to promote tissue healing, serve as a matrix for the blood clot, reduce inflammation, and support regeneration.
