Body-cam video shows shootout between police & disgruntled security guard

Baltimore Police released graphic video of last month's shootout between a security guard and officers that took place at a Compare Foods Supermarket in northeast Baltimore. The chaotic and violent scene in the supermarket played out in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. "Almost immediately, upon entering the store, they were met with gunfire," said former Baltimore Police Deputy Commissioner Jason Johnson said. After the first shots are fired by the suspect, the video shows one officer retreating outside while the other exchanges fire with the suspect and then runs to a 2nd floor office. Johnson says he believes both officers were drawing on their experience and training during a chaotic scene.
