Building Construction Facilities :- 1) If the construction area is less than 5000 square feet then you have to purchase wall panels, slab/ roof panels and connecting mesh from our factory. After this, you will have to buy all the local materials required for your construction and you will also have to arrange the necessary labour and mason for the construction work. We will send an expert from the factory under whose supervision you will get the construction work done yourself. Apart from giving 1000 rupees per day to this expert, he will also have to provide food and accommodation facilities. After the foundation is ready, your ground floor building will be ready in 40 to 50 days. 2) If the construction area will be more than 5000 square feet and you do not want to do the construction work yourself, then our team will visit your site condition and take the rate of local material, labor and masons. Then will prepare final offer for you. For this, you will have to deposit the entire cost of the team's visit and survey in advance. 3) Note: It is not a readymade items like mobile, tv or car, that you asked and we can tell you its price immediately. Our wall and roof panel price is same all over India except for transportation charges, but 40-45 % construction cost depends on local material and labour rate.
