Faculty shared their expertise in medicine, anatomy and psychology with thousands of Philadelphians. PCOM exhibits included: • Phillies fans were treated to demonstrations of osteopathic manipulative medicine by family medicine doctors and residents as part of Science at the Ballpark at Citizens Bank Park. • Psychology and biomedical sciences faculty members discussed brain research and anatomy in Science After Hours at the Franklin Institute. • Mummers Museum guests joined forensic medicine expert Gregory McDonald, DO ’89, in solving a staged murder. • Penn’s Landing visitors learned about brain form and function from PCOM professors and students as they toured the Mega Brain® – an inflatable, walk-through brain exhibit.
