Bake for 30 minutes at 190 °C (top/bottom heat) and then 10 minutes at 180 °C (top/bottom heat + convection oven). Now let's make another sauce. 130 ml apple jam. 25 grams of butter. Heat over low heat. Melt the butter while stirring constantly. 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar. 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce. Mix well. Cook over low heat until thickened, 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the chicken thighs and brush generously with the prepared sauce. Bake for a further 10 minutes at 180 °C (356 °F) (top/bottom heat + convection oven). It is incredibly delicious and beautiful! Tasty, juicy and crispy! It turned out very beautiful and delicious.
