June 25, 2013. The Center for Medicare, Medicare Drug Benefit and C&D Data Group, Division of Clinical and Operational Performance, hosted the 2013 Star Ratings Best Practices Webinar. The objective of this webinar was to provide plans and other stakeholder's insight into some of the innovative and effective practices exhibited by high performing plans. This webinar focused on the activities that are helping the most highly rated health and drug plans perform well and the best practices these plans have integrated into their organizations to reach greater member satisfaction and higher Star Ratings. All CMS Part C and Part D Sponsors were encouraged to attend to learn more about how clinical best practices, organizational culture, and health information technology can enhance plan performance.
