So it was confirmed through a reddit discussion with one of the developers of that a Map Editor, Map Browser, Arcade, and any sort of map customization will not be present in Far Cry 6. This is the case right now as of the posting date of this video. There is always a chance that a Map Editor might come later, but it's looking slim. It's a simple case of money over creativity. Didn't include much music in the video, was too angry at the time. Gameplay footage in the background of video involves two maps on Far Cry 5's Arcade mode.
