The only Croat territory in Serb hands, Croatian Serbs say they feel betrayed and that they don't want to return to Croat rule. On the streets of Vukovar, a symbol of destruction in the war in former Yugoslavia where ethnic Serbs resisted for three and a half years against becoming part of Croatia, people feel bitter and betrayed.
