An easy beef recipe for lunch or dinner yet delicious! 500g Chuck steak (cut in small pieces) 1/3 of a medium red bell pepper 1/2 tbsp tomato paste 4 cups water 1/2 tsp Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/2 tsp coriander seed powder 3 tbsp cooking oil Salt 60g kidney beans 1/2 tbsp thickener 1 tsp Cajun 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce 6 tbsp green onions 2 cloves of garlic minced 2 tbsp Thickener ( I used homemade) -Put oil in a pot, heat until hot add the beef, cover and allow it to cook and release it’s juice, once the juice dries up, add 3 cups of water, salt stir and cook for 1 hour. -Once the water dries brown the meat, add green onions, stir and cook for 30 seconds, add chili, garlic, stir and cook for 20 seconds, add cayenne, black pepper, cajun, coriander powder, teriyaki, tomato paste, stir and cook 30 seconds add thickener, bell peppers, stir and cook for 1 minute, then add kidney beans, mix well cook for 20 seconds after that add 1 cup of water, cover with a lid cook for 20 minutes stir every now and then, once it’s ready turn of the heat, serve with rice and coleslaw.
