The exe files I shared are the original Steam version PES21 exe files. And since I used the Virtualized patch, I also included my sider.exe file for those who want it. NOTE: BECAUSE THE EXE IS LARGE, IT MAY TAKE A WHILE TO ENTER THE GAME. WAIT, IT WILL OPEN. All mods are inside the exe file. When entering the game with this mod file, do not delete the system and graphic files from the Documents/KONAMI folder. Paste the exe file into the game directory. Enter the game.
