The Tape Cutter Grinder, which was worn and inefficient, was completely restored to its original working condition and even improved. This industrial machine, essential for maintaining a sharp cutting edge used in the tape cutting process, underwent a complete overhaul that restored every core component. The focus of the restoration was the water cooling system. A sturdy water tank was installed underneath the machine, which is now connected to a high-performance water pump. This pump continuously supplies water to the top to cool the two grinding wheels during operation. The water flow not only prevents overheating, but also reduces friction, dust and wear, significantly extending the life of the grinding wheels. Both grinding wheels were resurfaced and balanced for smooth, precise rotation.
