It doesn't take much work and is incredibly tasty and sure to impress everyone at the table. This easy cheese pie is perfect for people who like cheesecake but want a quicker and easier way to make it. This fast and easy cheese pie is a delicious meal that can be served anytime. This recipe, which has a variety of cheeses, eggs, and flour, is ideal for feeding the whole family on the weekend. Cheese usually has a thick, dense texture, but cheese pie is soft and fluffy, with just enough firmness and structure to keep its shape when cut and a taste that has just the right balance of sweet and tangy. The best thing about cheese pie is how easy it is to make. All you need are some basic ingredients. ▶️Ingredients: • Eggs • Sugar • Salt • Sour Cream • Flour • Baking Powder • Melted Butter • Cottage Cheese ▶️Method & Instructions: • First, take a bowl. Then add two eggs, 180 grams of sugar, and a pinch of salt to the bowl. Then mix them well. • Again in this bowl, add 3 tablespoon Sour Cream, 600 grams of Flour, 1.5 teaspoon Baking Powder, and 180 grams of Melted butter and mix them all well together to make dough. Once the dough is done, keep it covered for some time. • Take another empty bowl. Then add 700 grams of Cottage Cheese, three eggs, 150 grams of Sour Cream, 300 grams of sugar, 1.5 teaspoons of Baking Powder, and grind till smooth. • After that, take a cooking pan and grease the springform pan with butter. Then spread the dough prepared earlier around the pan well and pour the cheese on the dough. Then bake at 180° C for 35 minutes. • Now your cheese pie is ready to serve.
