Agar koi shakhs haalat-e-Janabat mein hai to wo na to Quran zubani parh sakta hai aur na hi usay haath laga sakta hai. Lekin, wo Quran sun sakta hai. Kya Quran Ko Kapray Se Pakra Ja Sakta Hai? Surah Al-Fath, Ayat 2 mein Allah Ta’ala farmata hai: "Taake Allah aap ki pehli aur pichli khataein maaf farma de." (Al-Fath: 2) Yahan sawaal paida hota hai: Kya Nabi Kareem ﷺ se koi aisi ghalti ho sakti thi jise Allah ne maaf farmaya? Anbiya Kiram Gunah Se Pak Hote Hain Tamaam Anbiya Kiram عليهم السلام masoom hote hain. Yani wo kabhi gunah nahi karte. Kyunki Allah Ta’ala ne unhein logon ke liye namuna (Role Model) banaya hai, is liye unse kisi bhi qisam ka gunah nahi ho sakta. Ijtihadi Khata Kya Hoti Hai? Anbiya Kiram se Ijtihadi Khata ho sakti hai, yani kisi maamle mein behtar faisle ke muqable mein kam behtar faisla ho sakta hai, magar aisi ghalti bhi Allah ke hukum se foran durust kar di jati hai. 1. Haalat-e-Janabat mein Quran ko parhna aur haath lagana jaiz nahi, magar sunna jaiz hai. 2. Can a person in a state of Janabat (major impurity) read the Quran without touching it, or can they only listen to it? 2. Could the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ever make a mistake or commit a sin? Let’s understand these topics in detail. --- 1: Reciting or Listening to the Quran in a State of Janabat Question: Zaid Ibn Noor, from Khairpur If a person is required to perform Ghusl (ritual bath), can they read the Quran without touching it, or can they only listen to it? If someone is in a state of Janabat, they cannot verbally recite the Quran and cannot touch the physical Mushaf (Quran book). However, they can listen to the Quran. Can You Hold the Quran Using a Cloth? A person can hold the Quran using a cloth, but only if that cloth is not worn on the body. For example: If a person is wearing gloves, they cannot touch the Quran, as this is considered direct contact. If the gloves are removed and then used, they can be used to hold the Quran. --- 2: Can the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ Make a Mistake? Question: Sajid from India Could the Prophet ﷺ make a mistake that Allah forgave? Surah Al-Fath, Verse 2 states: "So that Allah may forgive your past and future mistakes." (Al-Fath: 2) This raises the question: Did the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ ever make a mistake that Allah forgave? Prophets Are Free from Sin All Prophets (Anbiya عليهم السلام) are infallible. This means they never commit sins. Since Allah has made them role models for humanity, they are protected from any disobedience to Allah. What Is Ijtihadi Khata? Prophets can make Ijtihadi Khata, which means they might make a decision that is less optimal compared to another better choice. However, such mistakes are immediately corrected by Allah. 1. In the state of Janabat, reciting or touching the Quran is not allowed, but listening to it is permissible. 2.
