Thursday will be another wet day for Northern California as the rounds of rain and snow continue to soak the region. Storms on Monday and Tuesday have dumped feet of snow, even in lower elevations that don't typically see snow. Soaking rain also persisted in the Valley and lower Foothills. Wednesday offered a slight reprieve, but it was still a wet day. Thursday morning commuters were met with more rain and snow. The KCRA 3 weather team issued an Impact Day for Thursday because of how wet weather could affect travel and outdoor activities.
