(इस वीडियो के लिए हिंदी सबटाइटल उपलब्ध हैं।) Paharganj Delhi street life, chai stall India, Hindi conversation, and a reunion in the backpacker area of New Delhi. This takes place inside the market lanes of Paharganj, where I returned to meet a man who once saved my life Sixteen years ago, while staying here in Paharganj Delhi, I became critically ill in India. In time I was told I had 3 days to live. I didn’t tell my family how bad it was. Vicky did. He contacted my sister in Ireland, rang my hotel, and helped trigger the chain of events that led to my father finding me in Kathmandu and bringing me home with multiple organ failure. In this video, I return to his chai stall in Paharganj market wearing a pollution mask, speaking Hindi, ordering elaichi chai for 10 rupees, joking about the price, and asking him his name to see if he recognises me after nearly 16 years. What follows is a reunion over tea, real Delhi street life, and Vicky guiding us through the maze-like lanes of Paharganj bazaar to his small, hard-to-find shop. If you want to see authentic New Delhi market streets, Hindi dialogue at a chai stall, and a long-term travel friendship in India, this is it. Location: Paharganj, New Delhi, India Featuring: Chai stall, Hindi conversation, market lanes, reunion, Delhi street scenes
