There's a pattern to the creeps route. The ones entering from the left will exit to the right. The ones entering from above will exit to the left. The ones from the right will exit to the right. This means most creeps will end up attacking the right exit, so focus your strong towers there early. The Vanguard's EMP grenades can disable the Behemoth's energy shield which makes them a lot softer to kill once they start charging. I placed Vanguards with EMP at the upper right, lower left & lower mid defense lines, because this is where most Behemoths enter, therefore, I can disable their shields early. It's best to upgrade to Vanguards before Wave 5.
