Parfait Ingredients: 1 package(3.4 oz) instant cheesecake pudding 1 package(3.4 oz) instant chocolate pudding Whipped cream Edible cookie dough bites Edible Cookie Dough Ingredients: 1/2 cup light brown sugar, packed 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 cup unsalted butter, room-temperature 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 tsp Kosher salt 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour 1 cup milk chocolate chips Method: Cream together both the brown and granulated sugar with the butter till lighter in color and spreadable. Add vanilla and mix through. Sift both the salt and flour into butter mixture and mix until combined. Fold chocolate chips through. Roll out whatever size cookie bites you wish, I prefer teaspoon or smaller for these parfaits, and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Place in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before we begin layering. *These need to be kept in a resealable container in the fridge when not being eaten. Whipped Cream Ingredients: 1 cup cold heavy whipping cream 2 tbsp powdered/confectioners/icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla Method: Combine all ingredients in a chilled bowl till stiff peaks form. Layering: Choose an order for all of your add-ins, repeat it until you reach the top of your container. Any order that you like is completely fine.
