Halloween is fast approaching. With so much turmoil in the world right now, I'm actually looking forward to it this year. Who knew?! It's a little bit of escapism I guess. Actually in reality i'm not working on Halloween which is awesome. I can just sit back at my bar and have some cocktails in peace without being bothered by any obnoxious drunken customers. It's even worse when they are drunk in a halloween costumes. There are only so many Deadpools, Ghostfaces, Rayguns and Provocative Cats one can serve in an evening. I'm happy to just be hanging out in my fortified basement bar. I got everything I need right here. Heck, I'm pretty much ready for the apocalypse down here if it ever happens. Nah. Anyways, to start off this Halloween we need a Syrup. I've been on a cherry kick lately and we haven't made a cherry syrup yet. I figured why not.
