So today we take a look at some essential things you are going to want to do to your brand new WLTOYS 144001. Why you may ask? Well these 3 things will improve the actual feel of the buggy and help to preserve parts and prevent wear. You would expect these great buggies come completely ready to run and maintenance free but if i am really honest they are a little incomplete and require a few more little maintenance tasks to get the most out of them! 1. Diffs condition and grease if required. (Common for these to not have a huge amount of grease as standard) 2. Check Shock oil level (Some have stated these can be underfilled or overfilled preventing full compression 3. Adjust Steering Toe/Camber if required (in my case yes) Guys after completing all these steps the buggy felt a lot better especially the diffs they felt like they were binding and this was due to lack of grease also my steering rack was quite difficult to move but that is now sorted too.
