Roland Cube 80 - Still A Relevant Modelling Amp (It Really Is Very Good) I remember getting the original Roland Micro Cube, and being totally blown away by the sounds that came out of that small amp. Later on I got a Cube 60, and after that I upgraded to the Cube 80XL. I still use it during band practice, and it is still my favourite modelling amp. I think it beats the Katana, the Nextone, the Marshall Code, and everything else I've tried. You can still get some versions of the Roland Cube, but the 80 has been discontinued. The good news is that you can still get it second hand, and sometimes quite affordably. Hope you enjoy the video.
