A Lucid dreaming guided meditation for reaching your most deepest dreams. As you listen, you will be gently guided into a very relaxed state where your mind may perhaps drift off into a dreaming state. Once there you can then begin to interact with the images that you see. You will be able to observe and see in great detail, you will also remember what happens too. This lucid dreaming guided meditation is best heard whilst lying down before sleep. There are two ways to achieve lucidity, the first is to stare at an area and remain calm as you begin to see you another place in your mind. The second is to concentrate solely on the words that you will hear and soon, you will become lucid.
