The dream that inspired me to write "Woody and Pete " is that the energy of the noble souls of the fathers of music who inspired and guided great social changes may somehow manifest and help ease the tribulations and insecurities of today's world. In the song, Woody Guthrie and Pete Seeger look down upon today's world and give a cry of solidarity to those who are suffering in the face of our challenges. "Woody and Pete" is composed in vintage “French Musette” style (a style of French dance hall music) and features Beppe Gambetta on vocals and acoustic guitars, Howard Levy on harmonica and piano, FJ Ventre on upright bass, and Joe Bonadio on percussion.
