Un lugar bello pero peligroso. Los Charcones son unas piscinas naturales formadas por el flujo de lava que llegó hasta el mar. Se extienden a lo largo de dos kilómetros en el suroeste de Lanzarote, entre Faro Pechiguera y Punta Ginés. Sus aguas son cristalinas y es un sitio excelente para bañarse siempre y cuando se conozcan los horarios de las mareas. Lo mejor es bañarse cuando la marea está baja para evitar las olas, a veces muy altas, que invaden los charcos cuando sube la marea. Este vídeo fue grabado a principios de enero de 2024 (temporada alta) y fue curioso observar el contraste entre este solitario y bello lugar y las abarrotadas atracciones turísticas de Lanzarote. – Los Charcones are natural pools formed by the lava flow that reached the sea. They extend over two kilometers in the southwest of Lanzarote, between Faro Pechiguera and Punta Ginés. Its waters are crystal clear and it is an excellent place to swim as long as you know the tide schedules. It is best to swim when the tide is low to avoid the waves, sometimes very high, that invade the pools when the tide rises.
