Day 1 and 2 - Arrival at the house

This video goes through my arrival at the house for the first time - what I find in the shed and a bit of a run through of things that I'll need to get done. This is the video where it all begins! I went sale agreed on this house in December 2024, however I only received the keys in October of 2025. The video of me driving down the driveway to the house is from the moment I first started moving some of my own tools and equipment into the shed, a great moment for me after a slog of a conveyancing (it's complicated but maybe I'll get into that on one of the videos). It's a 2/3 bedroom bungalow, believed to have originally built in the 1950s and is located in County Roscommon, Ireland. Approximately 1 acre of land (maybe 9/10ths of an acre). ESB (Ireland's National power grid company) is connected, well water supply and a septic tank for the sewage. This house has been sat empty for at least 30 years, according to the neighbours and family members of the previous owner. Lots of work, but I'm hoping it will become a great home for me and for my kids when they come to stay with me.
