Here is the full scrip of the video. (Korean & English) 00:16 안녕하세요, 여러분! 아라 쌤입니다. Hello, everyone! I’m Arah. 오늘은 세탁기로 빨래하는 방법을 한국어로 설명해 볼게요. Today I am going to explain how to do the laundry in Korean. 00:25 ▶빨래하다/세탁하다 to do the laundry 이건 빨래고요. This is the laundry. 이건 빨래를 담는 빨래 바구니예요. This is the basket for keeping the laundry. 그럼 빨래를 시작할게요. Now I will start to do the laundry. 빨래를 세탁기로 가져와요. I bring the laundry to the washing machine. 00:48 ▶가져오다 to bring 빨래를 가져왔어요. I brought the laundry. 세탁기 문을 열어요. I open the door of the washing machine. 1:02 ▶ 열다 to open 문을 열었어요. I opened the door. 이제 빨래를 세탁기에 넣어요. Now I put the laundry into the washing machine. 1:18 ▶ 넣다 to put in 빨래를 넣고 있어요. I am putting in the laundry. 이거는 ‘세탁 망’인데요. These are ‘wash bags’. 속옷 같은 약한 세탁물을 보호해 주는 거예요. It protects delicates like underwear. 세탁 망도 넣어요. I put in the wash bags. 빨래를 다 넣었으니까 세탁기 문을 닫아요. I have put in all the laundry, so I close the door. 1:49 ▶ 닫다 to close 문을 닫았어요. I closed the door. 세제 통을 열고 세탁 세제를 넣어요. I open the detergent drawer and put in the laundry detergent. 세탁 세제 Laundry detergent. 드럼세탁기용 For use with a drum washing machine. 액체 세제 Liquid detergent. 뚜껑을 열고 세제를 부어요. I open the lid and pour the detergent. 2:18 ▶ 붓다 to pour 부은 세제를 세제통에 넣어요. I put the detergent that I poured into the detergent drawer. 이거는 섬유유연제예요. This is fabric softener. 섬유유연제도 뚜껑에 부어서 세제통에 넣어요. I pour the fabric softener into the lid and then put it into the drawer. 그리고 세제통을 닫아요. Then I close the detergent drawer. 전원 버튼 Power button. 전원을 눌러요. I press the power button. 2:56 ▶ 누르다 to press 전원을 누르니까 세탁기가 켜졌어요. I pressed the power button, so the washing machine is on. 세탁 시작 전에, 먼저 세탁 코스를 선택해요. Before starting it, I first choose the laundry cycle. 3:12 ▶ 선택하다 to choose 여기서 잠깐! Just a minute! 여러 가지 세탁 코스를 소개할게요. I will introduce the different laundry cycles. 3:25 표준 세탁 general washing 기능성 의류 leisure wear 란제리/울 lingerie / wool 이불 duvet 찬물 세탁 cold water washing 스피드 워시 quick washing 헹굼+탈수 rinse + spin drying 찌든 때(불림) old stains 알뜰 삶음 low energy boiling washing 아기 옷 baby clothes 건조 drying 이제 표준 세탁을 선택해요. Now I choose the general washing cycle. 이건 동작/일시정지 버튼인데요. This is the stop/pause button. 버튼을 누르면 세탁기가 돌아가요. When you press the button, it starts to work. 4:11 ▶ 돌아가다 to work / to function 세탁기가 잘 돌아가고 있어요. The washing machine is working well. 1분 밖에 안 남았어요. Only 1 minute left. 세탁이 거의 끝났어요. The laundry is almost done. 4:35 ▶ 끝나다 to end 세탁이 끝났어요. The laundry is done. 이제 세탁기에서 빨래를 꺼내요. Now I take the laundry out of the washing machine. 4:59 ▶ 꺼내다 to take out 빨래를 다 꺼냈어요. I took it all out. 빨래를 베란다로 가져가요. I take it to the balcony. 5:15 ▶ 가져가다 to take 이건 빨래 건조대, 그리고 빨래집게예요. This is a drying rack. And these are clothespins. 빨래를 널기 전에 빨래를 털어요. Before hanging out the laundry, I shake it. 5:36 ▶ 털다 to shake 빨래를 널어요. 5:48 ▶널다 to hang out I hang out the laundry. 이건 옷걸이에요. This is a hanger. 옷걸이에 티셔츠를 걸어요. I hang up a T-shirt. 6:09 ▶ 걸다 to hang 티셔츠를 걸었어요. I hung up a T-shirt. 옷을 다 널었고요. I hung up all the clothes. 빨래를 이틀 정도 말려요. And I let them dry for about 2 days. 6:27 ▶ 말리다 to dry 빨래가 다 말랐어요. The laundry is dry. 빨래를 걷어요. I bring in the laundry. 6:40 ▶ 걷다 to 빨래를 다 걷었어요. I brought in all the laundry. 빨래를 개요. I fold the laundry. 6:59 ▶ 개다 to fold 수건을 개고 티셔츠도 개요. I fold a towel and a T-shirt as well. 빨래를 다 갰으니까 빨래를 정리해요. I folded all the laundry, so I put it away. 7:24 ▶ 정리하다 to put away 오늘은 이렇게 빨래하는 방법을 한국어로 이야기해 봤어요.
