(can be replaced with water) ✔Salt - 1/3 tsp. ✔Sugar - 1 tsp. Filling: ✔Broccoli - 200 g. ✔Spinach - 30 g. ✔Green onion or leek - 40 g. ✔Sour cream (I use 20%) or thick yogurt - 140 g. ✔Milk - 100 ml. ✔Eggs - 2 pcs. ✔Cheese (I used mozzarella) - 150 g. ✔Salt - 1/2 tsp. or to taste. ✔Black pepper - to taste. ✔French herbs - to taste (optional). ✔For sprinkling - 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional) 👉 The diameter of my baking dish is 25 cm. 🕒 Bake at 180°C for an average of 35-40 minutes. The exact baking time depends on your oven. ❗Notes ❗ ✅Depending on the quality of flour, egg size, sour cream/yogurt, you may need a little more or less. I recommend adding 1 spoon at a time, and while kneading the dough, see if you need to add more. The dough should be dense. You don’t need to knead it for long; once it comes together into a ball, it’s ready.
