Budva and Kotor (Montenegro)

In part 1 of our Montenegro, we visited the towns of Budva, where we stayed for two nights, and Kotor which is not too far away. Both historic towns boast of an old part of the town, with medieval city walls, quiant and winding streets filled with shops, restaurants, cafes, and historic buildings including both Roman Catholic and Orthodox Churches. Both cities are also located along the scenic background of the Adriatic Sea. Due to lack of time I was unable to go up the hill to see a birds eye view of Kotor. However, what we saw on foot is impressive enough to give us a glimpse of the city's character. Visited September 2024.
