** NOW SOLD ** Spartan is a 2007 Beneteau First 34.7 offered exclusively for sale with YOTI on Pittwater. The First 34.7 is both a proven performer and an ideal compromise between a racer and weekend fun machine / family cruiser. Spartan boasts the factory carbon rig which was freshly clear coated in just 2018 along with all new rod rigging (replaced, not simply checked). There are two poles, one is carbon plus the retractable carbon bow sprit. Running rigging and most blocks were also replaced at time of re-rigging. Spartan lives under a boat cover in a marina pen. The sail wardrobe is solid and includes a new Norths 3DI main (mid-2019), Doyle main, a new Norths 3DI light (mid-2019), additional #1Light, #1 heavy, #3, #4 plus both asymmetrical and symmetrical kites. There is also a cruising main and genoa. The interior is in Pearwood and is the solid and familiar fit out that we love from this generation of Beneteau. There’s a practical galley, a proper nav station, large double aft enclosed cabin plus open aft cabin to port, two saloon berths, large saloon folding table and very generous head. Spartan is an optimised and improved example. There is an all new Farr designed rudder installed in 2019 – critical to being a truly competitive 34.7. An auto-pilot (which links to the chart plotter) was installed in 2019 along with AIS and a new VHF and Fusion stereo.
