What do you do when you are scared of something? You face your fears! So.. in this video I will be challenging my fear of bananas by eating one every day for a week (In different forms). This challenge was meant to show me how food is not the enemy, the ED is and that through repetition eating "fear foods" get easier. Although this was definitely a challenge, I actually really enjoyed trying out different recipes and ways to eat the not-so terrifying yellow fruit... 🍌 The more I do these challenges, the more I am realizing how in control my ED really is.
